How can I place an order on your website?
Our website gives you an opportunity to place orders on-line. You can also order items over the e-mail ([email protected]) or over the phone by calling us on 07717 220371, Monday to Friday, 10.00 AM - 5.00 PM. We are closed on weekends and bank holidays.
Can I order a custom made item?
We do not, as this point in time, accept orders for custom made items. However, in some cases it might be possible to reproduce an item that has been sold out, or its modification (e.g. using a different material or colour). Please email your inquiry, providing as much detail as possible, to [email protected] and we will let you know within 2 working days if we could make the required, or a similar, item for you, and provide you with a quote and timeframes for producing it, depending on the availability of materials.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept payment via PayPal and bank transfers, as well as card payments over the phone.
To pay via PayPal simply add items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You will be offered an option to pay via PayPal. You will need to be registered with PayPal to be able to pay for your order this way.
If you wish to pay for your order via direct bank transfer, please download our Order Form, fill it in (including the correct P&P fee) and e-mail us at [email protected] for further instructions.
If you prefer to pay over the phone, please have your credit/debit card details, details of your items, as well as the correct amount of postal fees, ready when you give us a call at +44(0)7717 220371.

How much do you charge for delivery?
All our prices include Royal Mail First Class Signed For delivery. However, we would strongly recommend our UK customers to use Royal Mail Special Delivery service for orders over £20 to insure their orders against losses and also to enable tracking their orders.
If you would like us to send your order using a different service (e.g. Royal Mail Saturday Special Delivery Service), delivery charges may vary. Please e-mail us to enquire about other delivery options.

If we have the item(s) you ordered in stock, they will be dispatched to you as soon as payment for the order has reached us, usually within 3 working days of receipt of payment. For items that are out of stock and for custom made orders this time could be longer, with the majority of orders dispatched within 5-10 working days, but we will always aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Delivery times can also be longer during high demand seasons, such as Christmas and New Year, therefore please leave extra time for your order to reach you.
We will notify you via e-mail when your order has been dispatched.

While we will do our best to keep interruptions to the minimum, we would advise you to allow sufficient time for your order to be processed in order to avoid any unexpected delays.

What if my order did not arrive in time?
Unfortunately, occasionally items may get lost or damaged in transit. In the event that your order did not arrive within 7 working days from the dispatch date, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. Please note however that orders of the value higher than £20 are only insured if sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Service, therefore we strongly recommend using this service for your orders.
One or more items I ordered arrived damaged - what should I do?
If your order has arrived damaged in whole or part, please keep the packaging materials as well as the damaged goods and contact us via e-mail ([email protected]) or on the phone (07717 220371) within 3 working days of receiving damaged goods to arrange a return. You can then choose from the following options, at no extra cost to you:

Please note that we will require the packaging as well as any damaged products in order to issue a replacement or refund you (fully or partially) for the damaged item(s).
- Return the order in full and get full refund, including P&P charges;
- Return the damaged item(s) and get refund for them;
- Return the damaged item(s) and request a similar substitute item(s);
- Return the damaged item(s) and choose different substitute item(s) for the same amount as the damaged item(s).

My order arrived in time and in perfect condition, but I do not want/need it any more - can I get a refund?
We at Leyli Bek's Inspirations want you to be happy with your order. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with it, you can return all or part of your order to us within 14 days of receiving the order. Please contact us via e-mail ([email protected]) or phone (07717 220371) as soon as possible to let us know of your intention to cancel your order.
Refunds are made as a credit on account or a payment refund using the same payment method as the original payment received for the order. You may also choose to have a substitute item or items to the same value instead of a refund.
For non-faulty goods your return should be made within 14 days of receipt, and returned items should be in unused condition.
You are also liable for return postal charges. Replacement goods in exchange for returns will be considered a new order and will be subject to our standard postage and packing charges.

Do you accept returns after 14 days from receiving goods?
If there are special circumstances, we may consider accepting a return for refund within 28 days of receipt of goods. In the case that we agree to a late return, we reserve the right to refund you the amount of your order less 10% of the order value and postage and packaging fee it incurred.
